All Moonwalks are made 100% in the United States.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are all moonwalks safe?
Absolutely! If all of the rules outlined on the operating intructions page of your rental agreement are followed and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.

2. How much room do I need?
A level area approximately 17' by 20' free of rocks, dirt, sand, sticks, etc. should be plenty of room for a moonwalk. The area in which the moonwalk will be set up should be cleaned up and away from protruding sprinkler systems. Moonwalks need to be within 75' of an outdoor electrical outlet. Sprinkler systems should be turned off.

3. Who sets up the moonwalk?

We will set up the moonwalk when we deliver it to you and take it down when we come to pick it up. Set up time is approximately 15-20 minutes.

4. How does the moonwalk unit stay inflated?

Each moonwalk is equipped with a fully enclosed blower motor unit that must stay on during the entire time the unit is being used (unless winds are expected to be in excess of 20 mph). The blower is designed to have no exposed moving parts which is a very important safety feature to consider when renting a moonwalk. Remember that the blower unit needs to be within 75' of an outdoor electrical outlet.

5. Can I cancel my moonwalk?
Yes. Moonwalks rentals can be cancelled but we ask that you give us at least a 48-hour notice of cancellation. There is no cancellation fee however there are no refunds given once the moonwalk has been set up.

6. What is the policy in case of rain or high winds?
Rain - If the moonwalk gets wet on the inside, the blower unit should be disconnected from the electrical outlet and everyone should exit the moonwalk. The moonwalk becomes slippery and dangerous when wet. Once the rain stops, the blower can be turned on again and the moonwalk should be wiped dry with a towel and allowed a few minutes to air dry. Once the unit is dry, it will be safe to use again.

Wind - If the local weather forecast is calling for excessive winds of over 20 mph, and both you and Jolly Jumps agree BEFORE delivery that it may be unsafe to use a moonwalk, then we will cancel the rental without obligation.

No refunds will be given once the moonwalk has been set up.

A MOONWALK MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET INSIDE OR WHEN WINDS ARE IN EXCESS OF 20 MPH!

7. Can I have a moonwalk set up next to a swimming pool?

No. Moonwalks need to be set up at least 25' away from a pool or other water source.

8. Can I pickup the moonwalk and set it up myself to help cut the rental cost?

We do not allow pickup of our moonwalks because we feel the safety is the number one concern. Our setup personnel will use the correct size and type of power cords and make the important connections between the blower and the moonwalk. We will use the proper spikes/anchors to secure the moonwalk to the ground and clean the moonwalk before and after you use it. Each unit weighs approximately 220 pounds, therefore injury to you is also a concern.

9. Are your moonwalks safe?
Our moonwalks are constructed with high quality and safety in mind. All of our moonwalks are equipped with the "child safety ramp/step" for safe and easy access. The entry/exit is constructed with a durable vinyl and mesh netting which allows for easy viewing. Each of our units are equipped with a set of non-removable safety rules and we also supply the recommended guidelines for safe use and recommended number of children that should be allowed to use the unit at one time.

10. When is payment due?
Payment is expected after the unit is inflated. We are sorry but at this time we only except cash or checks.
